These Terms govern your use of Ascendra (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. Ascendra is provided for general financial education. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, tax advisor, credit counselor, or registered investment adviser.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You will not attempt to reverse engineer the Service, disrupt other users, upload unlawful content, or use the Service to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

No professional advice

Content, scores, and recommendations are educational only. They are not personalized investment, tax, legal, or credit advice. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Third-party services

Ascendra integrates with services such as Plaid and OpenAI-compatible model providers. Your use of those integrations is subject to their terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
